Zombies hit the beach
September 8th, 2006They are now raiding the tiki, I mean wiki huts, to round up computers for additional virus distribution. Ok, that’s a poor attempt at humor - no downright sad attempt.
Two open source packages, Tikiwiki 1.9 and Pmwiki 2.1.19 are exploitable. Interestingly, Second Life, whose database was purportedly hacked just a few days ago, just dropped Tikiwiki from its OSS integration lineup.
Fortunately, the land of OSS is pretty efficient - I’d expect patches soon.
