<p>Call it what you like, but there are risks to going it alone.  Like, working in a one-person office, working 24/7, and working on too many different things at once (the grand attempt at throwing a pile of stuff against the wall and seeing what sticks - something those ADD-laden creative types tend to go for quite often).</p>
<p>Then there is not having any creative capacity to begin with, but simply thinking you do - like me.</p>
<p>But, never feel sorry for any of them.  Despite all these risks, they <a title="Thought Market: Don't feel sorry for the struggling entrepreneur" href="http://www.michaelgracie.com/2005/10/18/dont-feel-sorry-for-the-struggling-entrepreneur/">only have to be right once</a> to make it all seem worthwhile.</p>
