Pointing the finger:

It’s got the Army Corp of Engineers in a ruckus, down on the Columbia River.

And if the Beijing Olympics are a flop, the Chinese have something to blame.

I guess we’ll call this “scapefishing”.

Thankfully, some don’t have a problem with the 200 million year old fish.
