Two people who sprinkled flour in a parking lot to mark a trail for their offbeat running club inadvertently caused a bioterrorism scare and now face a felony charge.

I’m not sure which is worse - the smarmy spokes-comment, whatever they thought was “more serious” than terrorism, or that the reporters/editors didn’t comment on the insanity of this.
