<p>Two people who sprinkled flour in a parking lot to mark a trail for their offbeat running club inadvertently caused a bioterrorism scare and now face a felony charge.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m not sure which is worse - the smarmy spokes-comment, whatever they thought was &#8220;more serious&#8221; than terrorism, or that the reporters/editors didn&#8217;t comment on the insanity of this.</p>
