Hold on to your email, just in case someone sues you

New electronic legal discovery rules were set into place this last Friday. If someone sues you (or your company, that is), you are now required to be able to produce specific electronic communications at the drop of a hat. Services that help you sift through the plethora of data (just in case a lawyer comes knocking), are going to have a field day.

Imagine Pfizer counter-suing in a class action, and someone having to sift through a bunch of Viagra spam.
