Search results safer and more dangerous

If you use Google or AOL for your search, chances are you will be directed to safer sites. Like MSN or Yahoo – well, you are taking some risk, at least according to McAfee Site Advisor.

I like using AOL, because I know my search results are safe from the general public, and I appreciate Google’s data retention policies (the government would never think of going after something Google doesn’t have).

No, I don’t feel safe with MSN or Yahoo, but maybe that is because I have a little script I run on those sites which automatically appends my name, address, SSN, and mother’s maiden name to all search queries?
