- 1 1/2 cups organic heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano
- Box of De Cecco linguine pasta
- Four king crab legs
Figure out how to use the ingredients yourself – that’s half the fun, right? But here’s some hints: add the yolks slowly, and before the cream is too warm; same goes for the cheese, but wait until the sauce is hot enough for the cheese to melt quickly. It’s actually quite easy. Serves five to six, but still choice as a leftover days later.
